About Richman in Inner Mongolia
Inner Mongolia Richman Cashmere Co., Ltd. was founded in 2023, 100% owned by Beijing Richman Fashion Co Ltd which is an export-oriented professional company specializing in knitted cashmere sweaters which established in 2005. It located in Chifeng city, Inner Mongolia, the core area of China's cashmere production, and it has been well-known in the industry for producing Er Lang Shan cashmere.
The original intention of our factory's establishment was to undertake all the export orders of knitted cashmere products from Beijing Richman Fashion Co., Ltd. Therefore, 90% of the factory's production management and workers have more than 20 years of experience in the cashmere knitting industry, providing solid human resources and experience accumulation to satisfy the focus on producing high-end cashmere products.
Our factory have been equipped with advanced German fully automatic computerized flat knitting machines, 48 sets, 120 workers, with an annual production capacity of 240,000 sweaters. It also has the full set of production equipment from different processes of knitting, linking, washing and drying, ironing, packaging, to quality control management system.
From fibre, not only pure cashmere, cashmere wool, cashmere silk, cashmere cotton, merino wool, 100% silk, yak blend, alpaca blend, mohair blend etc. those regular material, but also by fancy yarn such as brushed yarn, boucle yarn, tape yarn........
We also have rich experience to cooperate with relative cooperating factories with extra processing such as digital print, embroidery, beading, hot fix crystal, fur trims etc.
In order to better serve high-end buyers in Europe, America, Australia and other countries, from quality to social responsibility, our factory continuously improves itself and is about to obtain a series of certifications including WRAP, BSCI, and GCS. On this basis, in order to give back to the society, our factory has provided perfect employment and welfare systems for more than 20 local disabled persons.
