About Richman in Inner Mongolia
Inner Mongolia Richman Cashmere Co., Ltd. established in 2023, is a subsidiary of Beijing Richman Fashion Co Ltd - a professional export-oriented enterprise specializing in knitted cashmere sweaters since 2005. Strategically located in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, the heart area of China's cashmere production region, our factory leverages its geographic advantage to produce high-quality cashmere, which has earned a strong reputation in the industry.
The factory was established with the purpose of handling all export orders for knitted cashmere products from Beijing Richman Fashion Co., Ltd. As a result, 90 percentage of our production management team and skilled workers possesss over 20 years of experience in the cashmere knitting industry. This deep expertise provides a solid foundation of human resources and technical know-how, enabling us to specialize in high-end cashmere manufacturing.
Our production facilities are equipped with 48 sets advanced German STOLL fully automated computerized flat knitting machines, ranging from 3 gauge to 16 gauge. This includes 6 sets sampling machines operated by 2 workers for sampling, along with 120+ production workers engaged in mass production. With an annual production capacity of 240,000 sweaters, our factory features a complete production chain covering knitting, linking, washing and drying, ironing, packaging, and a rigorous quality control management system.
We work with a wide range of fibers - not only classic and our core material such as pure cashmere, cashmere-wool, cashmere-silk, cashmere-linen, cashmere-cotton, merino wool, 100% silk, yak blends, alpaca blends, mohair blends etc, but also specialty fancy yarn like brushed yarn, boucle yarn, tape yarn........
In addtion, we have extensive experience collaborating with partner factories to offer value-added processing, including digital printing, embroidery, beading, hot-fix crystals, and fur trims applications etc.
